WARRANTY
Thank you for choosing a piece from the Jean Rachel Timeless Beauty collection. Each piece is crafted with the utmost care and we stand behind our craftsmanship with a 2-year warranty for all our 14k solid gold collection. For our sterling silver and 14k gold over sterling silver collection, the 2 year warranty is offered for our registered customers. This warranty covers any issues that arise from material defects or workmanship.
Please be aware that our warranty does not extend to:
- Lost items
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches or bent rings
- Improper use or storage
- Modifications or repairs carried out by third-party jewelers
If you encounter any issues covered by our warranty, please reach out to our customer service team at convo@jeanrachel.com with your proof of purchase. We’ll guide you through the process of submitting a claim. Do not ship back before receiving an authorization number, any items shipped back with no authorization number will not be processed.
Should your claim be approved, we will provide a replacement of the same item, or if the item is unavailable, a store credit equivalent to the original purchase price. Please note that refunds are not available for warranty claims.
Items purchased through third-party vendors (outside of Jean Rachel’s official channels) are not covered under our warranty. For assistance with such items, please contact the vendor directly.
Please also note that any modifications or repairs performed by third-party jewelers will void your warranty, including resizing or any other alterations made to the jewelry.
