We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Shipping & Delivery

Free Standard Shipping: You should receive your order within 10-14 business days.

Expedited Shipping: If you choose EXPEDITED shipping, your order will arrive within 3-5 business days. (*We do not GUARANTEE expedited shipping to PO Boxes - only to physical addresses.)

All orders are shipped with TRACKING numbers. Check your confirmation email to get your tracking number so that you can track your package as it makes its journey to you!

Your Jean Rachel Jewelry purchase will arrive individually wrapped and sealed; including a gift boxes and eco-friendly storage pouch.

Despite our best efforts, sometimes circumstances out of our control lead to lost packages.
We know it is frustrating! Before contacting us, we would recommend you contact the shipping carrier responsible for your package (USPS, or DHL), as they may be able to initiate a search for your package and locate it.

Changed your mind? If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact us immediately at contactus@jeanrachel.com.

Please note:

  • If your order has already been processed, you will need to follow the same return process as stated below (all orders are processed within 24 hours - except on weekends)
  • If you have received a gift-with-purchase, that will need to be returned as well to be eligible for your refund

To be eligible for an EXCHANGE or a REFUND, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it.
You will have up to 30 days to return your item for a full refund (less any shipping fees).

While our entire collection undergoes a rigorous quality assurance process before leaving our studio, we understand that items can break.
Before sending your item back for repair, please reach out to us at: contactus@jeanrachel.com
You may be required to upload a picture of your product for an assessment by our Quality Assurance team.

Refunds will typically be issued within 72 hours of return shipment receipt. Your credit card may take additional processing time for refunds.

Expedited shipping costs are not refundable.

General

Our administrative offices, fulfillment center and design studio is located in Netanya, Israel.

Your purchases from the Jean Rachel Collection may be taxed using the applicable sales tax rate for your shipping address.
An estimated sales tax amount will be displayed when orders are placed.
The exact sales tax will be calculated and charged at the time your order is shipped. Purchased goods may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country or state.

While we may offer coupons or discounts on purchases, they can not be retroactively applied.

The Jean Rachel Jewelry collection is made of fine metals.

We have a sterling silver collection.

Our jewelry is set with a selection of stones from diamonds to semi precious stones and pearls. All items have their authentication markings indicating the purity of the metal.
