Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders from our studio Sunday-Thursday. Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will be charged at the time of purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping & Handling
Jean Rachel offers free standard shipping on all U.S. and Canada orders.

U.S. Orders: Typically arrive in 10-14 business days.

Canada Orders: May take 14-21 business days to arrive.

Local taxes and duties may be imposed on international orders (outside the US). If applicable, the customer is responsible for covering these costs.
Return & Exchange Policy
We’re confident you’ll love your Jean Rachel piece, but if it’s not quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at convo@jeanrachel.com.

If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow our return process.

Free gifts received with purchase must be returned for full credit.
Returns & Exchanges
To return an item, please note the following:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not in resellable condition.

Earrings can only be returned if they remain in fully sealed, tamper-proof packaging.
Return Window:

Returns: You have 30 days from purchase to return items for a refund (excluding shipping fees).

Exchanges: You have 60 days to exchange an item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return:

Contact convo@jeanrachel.com for a return authorization number and return address before sending your return.

You must provide a valid tracking number once you ship your return. We cannot process returns without one.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and verify the item’s condition.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as indicated by tracking, contact us immediately at convo@jeanrachel.com.

Keep all packaging materials.

Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported immediately.
Each order is packaged with care and assigned a tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s journey.
