Details can be found on the product pages and order confirmation emails. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping & Handling
Jean Rachel offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.* It typically takes 10-14 business days* for jewelry to reach its destination within the U.S.. Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs, and FPOs will ship via USPS.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Upgraded shipping (3-5 business days) is available at an additional cost.
We ship to other countries. The prices displayed on the website are in USD and are exclusive of shipping and relevant taxes. At checkout, you will see the applicable rates for your country. We are not responsible for additional import charges.
- Orders are shipped via USPS and/or DHL (unless otherwise noted).
- Standard orders are shipped in 1-3 days and are delivered via USPS (the U.S.) within 10-14 business days*.
- Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee (please note: you may be required to sign for this package). Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days and are delivered within 3-5 business days
- We do not offer expedited shipping to PO Boxes (only to physical addresses).
Return & Exchange Policy
We’re confident you’ll love your Jean Rachel purchase, however if you decide it's not quite right for you, no worries, you can simply return or exchange it.
Canceling or changing an order
If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.Please note:
- If your order has already been shipped from our studio, you will need to follow the same return process as stated below.
- If a free gift was received with purchase, it must also be returned to receive full credit.
Returns and exchangesWhen making a return please be aware of the following:
- All items must be returned in a new and unworn condition, with their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns on any item that is deemed not to be resellable.
- For hygiene purposes, earrings can only be returned if unopened and still within fully sealed tamper-proof packaging.
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it. You will have up to 30 days to return your item/s for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning items.
- Do not return items to our shipping address. Please reach out to email@example.com for return information.
- You have up to 60 days (after purchase) to exchange your item/s. To be eligible for a credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it.
- “Final sale” items may not be returned or exchanged.
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days. Once we receive your item and have verified its condition, you will receive notification of receipt and will then be issued a refund through the same method paid. Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds/credits to be processed.Please note:
- Expedited shipping fees are not refundable.
- If a free gift with purchase was received, it must be returned to receive full credit.
Missing or damaged items:If a package or item delivered arrives damaged upon delivery or does not arrive as tracking indicates, please contact us immediately. Please retain all packing materials. Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported immediately.
- Once you complete your order at Jean Rachel Collection, your jewelry will be packaged and wrapped carefully for shipment, every item is handled with care and respect.
- Items are packaged and sent out within 1-3 business days of each completed transaction. For all purchases, each package is assigned a tracking number that will be added to your order, and will allow you to track your purchase.
