Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders from our studio Sunday-Thursday. Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will be charged at the time of purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping & Handling

Jean Rachel offers free standard shipping on all U.S. and Canada orders.

  • U.S. Orders: Typically arrive in 10-14 business days.

  • Canada Orders: May take 14-21 business days to arrive.

  • Local taxes and duties may be imposed on international orders (outside the US). If applicable, the customer is responsible for covering these costs.


Return & Exchange Policy

We’re confident you’ll love your Jean Rachel piece, but if it’s not quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at convo@jeanrachel.com.

  • If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow our return process.

  • Free gifts received with purchase must be returned for full credit.

Returns & Exchanges

To return an item, please note the following:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not in resellable condition.

  • Earrings can only be returned if they remain in fully sealed, tamper-proof packaging.

Return Window:

  • Returns: You have 30 days from purchase to return items for a refund (excluding shipping fees).

  • Exchanges: You have 60 days to exchange an item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return:

  • Contact convo@jeanrachel.com for a return authorization number and return address before sending your return.

  • You must provide a valid tracking number once you ship your return. We cannot process returns without one. 

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. 

Refunds

  • Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and verify the item’s condition.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.

  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as indicated by tracking, contact us immediately at convo@jeanrachel.com.

  • Keep all packaging materials.

  • Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported immediately.

Each order is packaged with care and assigned a tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s journey.
