HANDLE WITH CARE

HANDLE WITH CARE

Handle delicate pieces with care to prevent tangling or scratching while cleaning.

AVOID USING CHEMICALS

Certain chemicals contained in regular household cleaners can cause damage to any stones and discoloration to the metal. You shouldn’t use these to clean your  jewelry.

USE SPECIALIST JEWELRY CLEANER

We recommend using a specialist jewelry cleaner that’s suitable for precious metals rather than household methods.

DON’T SCRUB

Scrubbing jewelry too hard can cause excessive wear. Treat your piece gently while cleaning.

STORE IN A JEWELRY BOX

Keep your jewelry safe when you’re not wearing it by storing it in a jewelry box or within an airtight container in a cool and dry place.

AVOID EXTREME TEMPERATURES

Keep jewelry away from extreme temperatures, humidity and direct sunlight as these could cause discoloration.

REMOVE BEFORE BATHING OR USING HARSH CHEMICALS

We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming or exposure to household cleaning products (including bleach) as contact with water and chlorine may cause damage.

Skin and hair products such as perfumes, lotions or sun creams should be applied and allowed to dry before putting jewelry on to avoid chemical reactions that could cause discoloration.
